All applicant must be 18 years or older to apply

• Sign / We will need the signed original mailed or brought to the office. Tentatively, we can use a fax or scanned copy for legal purposes.
• Occupants that are going to be listed on the apt, 18 & older must sign at the bottom of the application giving us permission to run a criminal check on them.
• We will run a check of your credit and criminal records.
• We will then qualify you on your income / must make 3 times the rent gross per month. Your employer will be contacted unless pay stubs are received as your proof of income
• We will also need to execute rental verification. (Contacting present/past Landlord)
• Application fees do apply. Some properties may offer to waive this fee.
• A $99.00 Administrative/Reservation Fee is needed to reserve the apartment of your choice.
• Security Deposits can range from, $99.00 and up to two Months Fair Market Rent.
• Application will be processed and if approved, you will be assigned an apartment and an address and your Administrative fee will be non-refundable at that time.
• If you are required to pay a larger Security Deposit in order for your application to be approved, you will then be able to withdraw the application or agree to the larger security deposit.
